Are you ready to see what a whole foods cleanse can do for your health?

What is the Beacon Cleanse?

Want to clean up your diet, find some energy and maybe lose a couple pounds? If so, this is your plan! We'll be doing The Beacon Cleanse, starting with a prep week, beginning on January 2nd, 2018. Full Cleanse begins January 9th for 21 days. This Facebook moderated group provides a cleanse program, suggested food lists, education and moderated discussions around the eating plans we are following, as well as the health and wellness issues we may be addressing as we travel along.

Your moderator and health coach is Erica Pyle. Erica is a holistic health coach certified by the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) where she completed more than 760 hours of study around over 100 dietary theories and various topics around successful health coaching. Erica is also an ordained minister who actively pastors a church in South Tampa with her husband, Doug. Her passion is to see all people walking in the robust and vibrant wellness they were created for.
